Product Overview
This 800mm diameter roast oven handles 15 to 18 pieces of 2.2-pound duck or 8 to 10 pieces of 4.4-pound duck, reaching temperatures from 195°C to 300°C with LPG fuel. High-temperature tempered glass and a built-in thermometer let you monitor the roast without opening the lid, while the oil-water separation system keeps cleanup straightforward and oil recovery simple. The flameout protection device cuts gas automatically if the flame goes out, adding a layer of safety during extended roasting sessions.
